Coventry City have a new Superstore at the Coventry Building Society Arena, while the Ticket Office is also at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
We also have a Club Shop at West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry city centre.
Club Shop and Ticket Office at the Coventry Building Society Arena
The Coventry City Club Shop and Ticket Office is at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The Club Shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. It is open on Sundays from 10:30am to 4:30pm
The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm - it is closed on non-home matchday Saturdays, and on Sundays. On matchday Saturdays, it opens at 9:30am and is open until 1 hour after full-time.
Both the Ticket Office and Club Shop are cashless - cash turnstiles will be available on matchdays.
Location:
The new Superstore and non-matchday Ticket Office is located in the South-West corner of the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The Matchday Ticket Office remains located in the South-East corner of the Arena.
Parking:
Parking is available in Car Park B at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Visitors have one hour free parking on non-matchdays, with free parking ending 4 hours before kick-off on matchdays.

Opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5.30pm
Sunday, 10:30am - 4.30pm
Shirt Printing:
We regret that once a personalised name and/or number has been printed on a garment, unless the garment is faulty, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
If a player subsequently leaves or his squad number changes during his career at the club we cannot accept responsibility for this and would therefore not accept a return of this item.
Please make sure you are certain the sizing of the shirt is correct as you will not be able to return the shirt once it has been personalised.
Shirts deemed to be dirty or stained cannot be printed as the heat can make any stain permanent.
