The Sky Blues will take on Luton Town at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 27 May...

Details have been confirmed for Coventry City’s Championship Play-Off Final!

The Sky Blues will face Luton Town at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 27th May, with kick-off at 4:45pm.

Tickets for the game will go on Priority Sale from Thursday 18th May at 10am.

Tickets will be available  from www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC 

Only disabled fans will be able to purchase in person at the Ticket Office – other supporters must purchase online.

Coventry City fans will be located in the West End of Wembley Stadium – this is the same as our League Two Play-Off Final and Checkatrade Trophy Final.

The Sky Blues have been allocated 36,237 tickets for the game.

Ticketmaster will be distributing ALL Coventry City FC tickets direct, including those bought in person - all supporters will receive print at home tickets, sent via email. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY - TICKETS WILL BE SENT CLOSER TO THE MATCH.

Fans who buy a ticket for this game will receive 10 priority points - To check your Loyalty Points, log in to your account at www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC

Please note:
Concessions are classed as either Juniors or Seniors.
(Senior - Over 60s. Juniors - 16s and under)

Young Adult are 17 to 21 years of age.

No Under 2s are allowed entry to Wembley Stadium.
All Children aged 2 or over must have a valid Match Ticket
All children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by a responsible Adult

CCFC occupy the West End

Family Areas are situated in Blocks 137 – 140, being approximately 1,700 seats.

Safe Standing Areas are situated in the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, being approximately 867 seats. There is a strict minimum age requirement of 12 years old in this area.

All of Levels 1 and 2 will be open immediately for purchase, while Level 5 will be opened block-by-block from North Stand anti-clockwise.

All rows are numbered low to high i.e. Row 1 being closest to the pitch.

HOW TO BUY – GENERAL ADMISSION:

Do not visit the Ticket Office unless you are a Disabled Supporter – if you do, you will be instructed to purchase online instead.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS:

Ambulant disabled supporters will be able to buy tickets online at www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC or at the Ticket Office. For queries, call 0333 321 3134 (Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm) or complete this form

Disabled supporters requiring a wheelchair space are required to purchase in person at the Ticket Office. For queries for wheelchair disabled supporter, email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk

Supporters who are not disabled will not be served at the Ticket Office and will be instructed to buy online.

Disabled supporters will be entitled to their 2 tickets plus 1 for their carer, which they can only get as free if they assign it to their carer account. Carers are not entitled to an additional allocation.

Wheelchair disabled areas are located on each level of Wembley Stadium. Disabled supporters are charged the age relevant price, with a carer going free.

Step free access seats are located in rows 30 and 31.

Guide Dogs are permitted in the stadium – Wembley has two dog relieving stations on the outer concourse, located between turnstiles L/K and M/J.

Visually impaired supporters can use a free of charge commentary headset or a mini induction loop, both of which are complimentary and can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day.

The following Ticketmaster fees apply to all tickets bought via all purchase channels:

  • £2.50 per individual ticket service charge.
  • £1.25 per order fulfilment fee.

Wembley National Stadium Limited do not accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors (14 and under) – as such all supporters this age must be accompanied be an adult.

Supporters can purchase 2 tickets per supporter number, however fans are only allowed to book 6 tickets per transaction. For tickets more than this, you will need to make multiple bookings.

Under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill, it is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice And Public Order Act 1994, for an unauthorised person to sell, or offer or expose for sale, a ticket for a designated football match in any public place to which the public has access or, in the course of a trade or business, in any other place.

Should you have any problems accessing your online eticketing account please click here for assistance. Supporters ID numbers are displayed on Season Tickets and Match Day tickets, so please check before contacting.

Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1,700 seats (Blocks 137 – 140 in the West Side) as a Family Area for Coventry City supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than 3 Under 16s per Adult, in line with our policy at home games.

Singing Area – Coventry City recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 133/134.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium.

Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold, and £1.25 per order fulfilment fee.

Postage – Tickets are not being posted – tickets will be sent via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct. 

14 Years and Under – All children aged 14 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access in to the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk to request permission – please include your name, supporter number, contact details and a photo of the instrument.
Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments.

No instruments are permitted on Level 5 or within boxes. Ideally, the player of the instrument will be located in the middle of back rows of blocks 133 or 134.

Flags - Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium providing the following guidelines be followed:

  • The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point (or smaller than 200cm x 100cm if you are seated on Level 5 of the stadium).
  • The flag does not have an attached flagpole.
  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.
  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag.
  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to take flag(s) larger than 250cm (at is widest point) to Wembley Stadium must obtain prior permission. Please contact https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/tickets/new and complete the form to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flag(s) larger than 250cm (or 200cm x 100cm on Level 5) without prior permission will not be permitted entry.

Official Coaches – Official Coach Travel is available from EST UK. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price. Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Sky Blues supporters to travel to Wembley. This will be launched shortly on ccfc.co.uk and our social media channels.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Hospitality – There are a number of packages available to purchase for hospitality at Wembley Stadium. These packages comprise a premium match ticket, access to a Club Wembley restaurant with a three-course buffet menu, inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match, at half time and for one hour post-match and a match day programme.
