Can I select where in the stadium I sit?
As of Friday 17th February, it has been confirmed Sky Blues fans can now choose any block they would like to sit in Levels 1 and 2 in each price category (i.e. we no longer have to sell block by block).
The upper tier (Level 5) at Wembley will only be available once other category areas are sold, and this area will be sold block by block for Categories 5 and 6.
What is the best way to buy?
We recommend all fans buy online at eticketing.co.uk/CCFC or over the phone on 0844 453 9134.
Fans who have no access to either facility, can purchase in person at Butts Park Arena but queues are expected and we advise that fans use the online option where possible.
Can I purchase tickets from my allocation of 6 in different categories?
Yes you can – up until at total of 6 for your allocation.
Can Junior Sky Blues Season Ticket holders also buy 6?
Yes they can – they can buy their own junior ticket, plus up to 5 additional tickets.
They would not be able to buy additional tickets in the next period, a maximum of six are available.
Can I buy a JSB Membership?
JSB Memberships went off sale at the end of December. These are now only available as part of a Half Season Ticket package. For details, please e-mail ccfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk
How many can a Disabled Season Ticket holder, who has a carer, get?
They can get 7. This comprises their own ticket, plus free carer, and the entitlement to purchase 5 additional tickets.
These are not available online, only via the CCFC Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena.
How do I link my online account to others?
You can do this by logging into your account, and then clicking onto your account profile.
Then click ‘My Network’ and then click ‘Search for Existing Users’
How to I provide proof of purchase of tickets?
Tickets purchased online, over the phone or via the Butts Park Ticket Office or Matchday Ticket Office are sold under your account. Therefore, your tickets will show in your purchase history.
If you purchased a ticket on the gate on matchday, you will need to buy in person from the Butts Park Ticket Office and provide your proof of purchase.
Is it 6 per past ticket or 6 per purchaser?
Six per purchaser.
Are there any concession rates for students or young adults?
No there is not. These prices are set by the EFL, so do vary from the club’s current concessions rates.
Why 6 per Season Ticket holder?
Season Ticket holders are a valued part of this football club, without which, we’d be unable to exist. It is only right that Season Ticket holders are rewarded with priority access to tickets - similar to away games and cup matches - and that their entitlement reflects their commitment to the club.
The semi-final allowed Season Ticket holders to purchase up to six tickets, and the club felt that this should be replicated for the final. This number also mirrors the approach of other clubs in past finals.
The other priority periods take account for fans who are unable to purchase a Season Ticket or chose not to – whether they have got a JSB Membership, Match Package, been to a previous Checkatrade Trophy game or another home league game this season.
Why have home games been included in the priority period?
This has been done following feedback from supporters after publication of past priorities. Fans who have attended previous Checkatrade Trophy games still get to purchase ahead of general sale, as part of the third priority window.
This acknowledges the support of fans who have been to home league games but unable to commit to a Season Ticket or Match Package, while also encouraging supporters who want to go to Wembley to back the team at vital upcoming home fixtures.
