Coventry City encouraging the Sky Blue Army to dress in pink in October in support of Coventry and Warwickshire Breast Cancer Unit Appeal

The Sky Blues are encouraging fans to ‘Go Pink’ before the end of this month in support of the Coventry and Warwickshire Breast Cancer Unit Appeal.

To get involved fans just need to choose a date in October to wear pink for the day to their work or school, and just ask friends and colleagues to donate to the Appeal- or hold a pink party at home.

Girls could wear a pink dress, top or skirt, or accessorize with a pink bag, shoes or necklace. Boys could put on a pink shirt or tie – or if you’re brave enough to you could dye your beard pink!

If you want to do a little more, why not have a pink cake sale or coffee morning too? You could also do something a bit different- why not have a collection or sponsored event as well?

You can donate to the Coventry and Warwickshire Breast Cancer Unit Appeal in the following ways:

By post – send cheques made payable to UHCW NHS Trust Charity to Breast Cancer Unit Appeal, UHCW Charity, Main Reception, University Hospital Clifford Bridge Road Coventry, CV2 2DX

By phone – using credit or debit card by calling 02476 966913

Online - www.uhcwcharity.org please tell us it is from a Go Pink event in the free text/message

If you are getting involved, remember to tweet @UHCWCharity with the hashtag #GoPink
